My goal is to be a trusted extension of your team- representing your brand with professionalism, care, and respect. I pride myself on being prompt, personable, and polite, making every interaction a positive reflection of you.

Appointments are scheduled based on property size and services ordered, typically lasting 30–75 minutes. I structure each shoot to stay on time and deliver consistent, high-quality results. Please have the home fully prepped and photo-ready before I arrive so we can make the most of our time together.

I’ll handle small adjustments like fluffing pillows, straightening frames, hiding trashcans, but for liability reasons, I don’t move furniture, boxes, guns, or valuables. My time onsite is focused entirely on creating clean, well-composed images that elevate your listings.

If your clients work from home or have special circumstances, just let me know beforehand and I’ll plan accordingly. I do my best to stay punctual and flexible, but life happens and I totally get that! I just ask for the same courtesy in return. A $75 cancellation fee applies for No Shows, Not Readys, or same-day cancellations.

If you meet me at the property, we’ll do a quick walkthrough to confirm any priorities or special requests. If you’re not meeting me, please include access details and any notes when scheduling or by email before the appointment- I’ll text upon arrival if needed.

Once shooting begins, my attention is fully on the creative process. You’re welcome to stay onsite, but I ask that agents, homeowners, and pets remain in a separate area during active photography. (Pets watching through windows are adorable photo bombers, but not ideal!)

If you need to head out, I’m happy to lock up, turn off lights, and text you when finished. My commitment is to make the process seamless, professional, and positive so you can trust that Far North Photo Co is out there representing your business just as you would!
