Appointments are scheduled based on property size and services ordered, typically lasting 45 to 90 minutes. I structure each shoot to stay on time and deliver consistent, high-quality results. Please have the home fully prepped and photo-ready before I arrive so we can make the most of our time together.

I'll handle small on-site adjustments like fluffing pillows, straightening frames, and hiding trashcans, but for liability reasons I don't move furniture, boxes, firearms, or valuables. My time on-site is focused entirely on creating clean, well-composed images that elevate your listings.

If you meet me at the property, we'll do a quick walkthrough to confirm any priorities or special requests. If you're not meeting me, please include access details and any notes when scheduling or by email before the appointment. I'll text upon arrival if needed.

Once shooting begins, my attention is fully on the creative process. You're welcome to stay on-site, but I ask that agents, homeowners, and pets remain in a separate area during active photography. (Pets watching through windows are adorable, just not ideal for listing photos!)
